{West Virginia}...Charleston Police have issued two new warrants against Gary Wayne Mullins, charging him with kidnapping and robbery. Officers say Mullins got into the vehicle of an 84 year old in the Kroger parking lot in Kanawha City and demanded money. Mullins is set to go on trial Monday for separate incidents involving crimes against the elderly. Mullins has been held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond since April on burglary charges.
