{West Virginia}...A second teenager has been arrested in connecting with the shooting of Anquinette Turner which occurred on 17th Street in Huntington early Saturday morning. Huntington Police have charged Quenton Sheffield, 18, of Huntington, with malicious wounding. Sunday night, police arrested 18 year old Emmanuel Lopez and charged him with malicious wounding. Police say Sheffield shot Turner after Lopez gave him the gun. Turner, who is recovering after being shot in the torso, told police Sheffield pointed a metal object in her face and demanded money.
