Former Huttonsville Correctional Center Employee Probated

• {West Virginia}...Howard Arbogast, 23, of Valley Head, a former Huttonsville Correctional Center employee,  has been sentenced to two years of unsupervised probation after he admitted bringing contraband cigarettes into the prison. Randolph County Prosecutor Richard Busch agreed to drop 17 other counts, including the felony charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Busch says an investigation determined Arbogast was unaware that he was in possession of marijuana because it was hidden in other contraband. Arbogast had no previous criminal history or violations.
