{West Virginia}...Police arrested 57 year old Kenneth Dale Snyder Friday on a felony charge of distribution of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school after Milton Chief of Police Gary Lilly said Roxicodone pills and other drug paraphernalia were found inside his apartment near Milton Elementary. The arrest came after police noticed two men around 4:00 P.M. outside Seger Apartments, located within 40 feet of the school property. One of the men walked away while another went inside the apartment complex. The man who walked away was stopped by police about a block away and police confiscated Roxicodone pills. The man who entered the apartment was taken into police custody after he left the apartment a short time later with three other people.
