- {West Virginia}...As the second special session of the West Virginia Legislature to address redistricting prepared to start Thursday, Acting Governor Earl Ray Tomblin signed two measures which passed during the first special session. Tomblin signed the Senate bill that reapportions districts in West Virginia’s Senate and the Senate bill that reapportions West Virginia’s three Congressional districts. The House redistricting bill passed during the first special session was vetoed because of technical errors.
