{West Virginia}...The West Virginia State Police arrested Eric Harbour, 28, and Kimberly Lewis, 27, Wednesday evening and charged them with attempting to operate a meth lab and three counts of exposing a minor to meth after discovering a meth lab at a home off of Swan’s Lane just outside St. Albans city limits. Troopers found meth-making materials in a building behind the home along with a respirator mask next to the front door of the home and a bottle of hydrogen peroxide on the front porch. A 7 year old boy, 5 year old girl and 7 week old boy were all in the home when troopers arrived. Mike Jarrett, with the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority, says Harbour, who was an EMS worker, has been terminated.
