Old Murder Indictments Dismissed

• {West Virginia}...Old murder indictments against Deshawne Taylor and Garland Murray, two Kanawha County men, were dismissed Thursday as they now face new charges that carry a potential triple life sentence. Taylor and Murray are charged with murdering 31 year old Gregory Poole and kidnapping his wife in North Charleston in April 2010. Contractors found Poole's body in front of a home along 2nd Avenue. Murray also faces a drug charge. Taylor will go to trial in October.
