{West Virginia}...Charleston Police have arrested Justin Robbins, 18, of Charleston, following a shooting which left about 20 rounds on the ground in the parking lot of 7-Eleven on Washington Street East about 3:00 A.M. Tuesday morning. One witness says Robbins got into a fight with a woman in the parking lot, and a group of people standing in front of the store started yelling at him. He then left in a green, 90s-model Chevy Blazer but returned a few minutes later randomly firing an automatic weapon. Bullets struck the ground, the 7-Eleven sign and went through the store window. Police recovered an AK-47 in connection with the shooting.
