{West Virginia}...Roscoe Bryant, a Mingo County man already in jail on drug charges, is facing additional charges after allegedly kicking a Mingo County Sheriff's Department lieutenant. Deputies say Bryant, who was arrested after five marijuana plants were allegedly found at his Dan's Branch home, kicked Mingo County Lt. J.D. Ferris before grabbing the arm of a lab technician, refusing to let go and urinating on the floor. Bryant is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance with intent to deliver along with additional charges of battery of an officer.
