{West Virginia}...Charles Bocook, 23, of Huntington, has been indicted for child neglect causing injury and child neglect creating risk of injury. Huntington Police say Bocook was watching his three year old daughter and two year old nephew in March when his nephew fell out of a third story window and broke one of his legs. Police say Bocook left his daughter by herself in an apartment building.
