East Bank Man Sentenced

• {West Virginia}...Randy Allen Estep, 25, of East Bank, was sentenced Friday to one to three years in prison for wire theft. Estep admitted earlier this year that he stole 250 feet of telephone wire near Coalburg in September, but he failed to show up at his sentencing on July 20th. Friday, he told Kanawha Circuit Judge Duke Bloom he skipped the hearing and violated his probation because of his drug addiction. Estep told the judge, "I was strung out on drugs." Bloom revoked Estep's bond and sentenced him to prison.
