{West Virginia}...Joshua Cordwell, 30, of Chelyan, the man accused of robbing 74 year old Wanda Williams outside the Kanawha City Kroger and then running over her in July, was in court Wednesday to be sentenced for previous charges from 2009. Cordwell was sentenced to three years in prison for breaking and entering of an automobile and fraudulent use of stolen credit cards. Jesse Forbes, Cordwell's court-appointed defense attorney, asked Kanawha Circuit Judge Carrie Webster not to let the most recent allegations affect her sentencing on the 2009 charges, but Webster said the charges were too serious to ignore.
