West Virginia Legislature To Return Thursday

• {West Virginia}...West Virginia's Legislature will return next Thursday to replace the House of Delegates redistricting plan that must be vetoed because of errors. The House plan passed during last week's special session contains duplicate voter precinct populations for districts in both Kanawha and Morgan counties. Acting Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced Wednesday that these errors doom the bill.
