Police Believe Bomb Was A Prank

• {West Virginia}...The Charleston Police Department and Charleston Fire Department responded to a call of a “pop-bottle bomb” at the Charleston School of Beauty Culture at 210 Capitol St.  Friday afternoon. Police say a student had made a “pop-bottle bomb,” with a liquid inside it that burst and made a loud noise at the fourth floor break room area. The director of the school, Judy Hall, says she believes the small explosion and smoke came from some chemicals that were mixed with toilet bowl cleaner and left in a locker. Authorities think the explosion was a prank, but they say someone could have gotten hurt.
