- {West Virginia}...Kevin Erwin, 34, of St. Albans, was sentenced Wednesday to 15 months in prison on charges he used a counterfeit $50 bill at McNally's Pub in Cross Lanesin January 2010. Erwin admitted to receiving about $45 worth of authentic bills in change. He was arrested January 18th at a local motel where police found more counterfeit bills, along with a scanner, copier and printer, in the his room.
