{West Virginia}...One person is dead after being hit by a train in eastern Kanawha County early Wednesday morning. Chesapeake Police Chief Jack Ice says James Bradley Long, 28, of Chesapeake, was laying on the railroad tracks when a CSX train approached, and the train didn't have time to stop. Ice says Long may have been trying to kill himself because he had been in a fight earlier with his girlfriend and had threatened to kill himself. Ice believes Long may have taken his wallet to make sure he could be identified.
