Marijuana Plants Found In Truck

(West Virginia)  Two men are under arrest on drug charges in Lincoln County.
According to a news release from the Hamlin detachment of the West Virginia State Police, Trp. J.R. Morgan and TRC D.S. Fry stopped William Smith Jr. on Four Mile Road for an expired registration on Friday at 11 p.m.
The officers said they located two marijuana plants inside the floor board of the truck and one gram of methamphetamine on the passenger in the truck, Thomas Burton.
Thomas Burton and William Smith Jr. are both charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.  The investigation is ongoing.
