Detroit Man Shot In Huntington

• {West Virginia}...Huntington Police are investigating a shooting that happened about 3:00 A.M. Sunday morning. Damon Bailes of Detroit was shot in the foot while walking along 20th Street and Artisan Avenue, but officers say Bailes does not appear to be the intended victim of the shooting.
