{West Virginia}...Orlando Garlington,23, and Anthony Leftwich, 23, both from Georgia, were arrested in Beckley Tuesday on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Beckley Police went to a hotel off Harper Road Tuesday morning after being informed by hotel management of suspicious activity. After receiving a search warrant, police entered the room where they recovered 12 ounces of marijuana, prescription medications and money. If convicted the two men could face up to 15 years in jail.
