{West Virginia}...In September, Shane Harvey, who served as general counsel for Massey Energy, is rejoining Charleston law firm Jackson Kelly PLLC, where he worked from 1994 to 2000. Since the June buyout of Massey, Harvey has been serving as a senior vice president for Alpha Natural Resources. Harvey is joining the firm just one month after former International Coal Group general counsel Roger Nicholson did the same. ICG was bought out this summer by St. Louis-based Arch Coal.
