{West Virginia}...Charleston Police are looking for William Paul West, who is wanted in connection with an armed robbery. Police say West grabbed a woman’s backpack after she exited Carroll Terrace Sunday night and was walking down Virginia Street East. During a struggle, West pointed a small handgun at her, took the backpack, and fled. The victim identified West from his ID inside a wallet officers discovered when they searched the area. West was charged with domestic battery in Wood County in 2006.
