{West Virginia}...An Elkins man was re-sentenced in United States District Court in Elkins on Monday, August 8th. Paul G. Himes, Jr., 27, was sentenced to 1 year and 9 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release after pleading guilty on October 27, 2009 to one count of an indictment charging him with possessing, concealing and selling a stolen firearm on December 2, 2008, in Elkins. Himes was originally sentenced on March 19, 2010 to 34 months imprisonment, and upon an appeal of that sentence, was resentenced to the 21 months.
