- {West Virginia}...A west side murder case took a shocking twist in court Monday, with a connection laid out between the victim and a Charleston attorney. Brandon Gray was in court for a bond reduction hearing after being accused of killing Timothy Thompson on Charleston's west side in June. Prosecutor Fred Giggenbach says Charleston attorney William Foster and Timmy Thompson were at Crazy Mitch's adult bookstore and, at some point, Foster received oral sex from Thompson. Prosecutors say, after the encounter at the adult book store, Foster drove to 1st Avenue and Stockton Streets to pick up some marijuana. Police say Foster was in his car when he heard shots fired, drove away and called police. Foster is not considered a suspect in the murder and he hasn't been charged with any crimes.
