Shooting At Travel Lodge In Dunbar

{West Virginia}...Police arrested two Kanawha County residents after a shooting at the Travel Lodge in Dunbar. Alicyn Chandler, 18, of St. Albans and Joshua Ray Harris, 18, of Nitro are charged with armed robbery and malicious wounding after police responded to a shooting at the lodge just before 4:00 A.M. Thursday morning and found Courtney Fleming, 27, of Cross Lanes, with a gunshot wound to the right side of her buttocks. Fleming told police the pair had tried to “get her intoxicated, tied her up with a phone cord and robbed her of her money, and, when she tried to escape, Harris shot her. Dunbar police investigators say they think it was a premeditated crime, and that the victim knew one of her attackers.
