{West Virginia}...St. Albans Police are investigating a shooting which occurred Saturday night leaving 31 year old Joseph Miller and another man dead. Police say, when the two male victims went from Vine Street to Wilson Avenue to confront some people about reckless driving in the neighborhood, 41 year old Charlie Booker, who was picking up his stepson, was hit in the head with what police believe may have been a metal pipe, and he then started firing shots. Joesph E. Miller walked more than a block before collapsing in a yard along Vine Street. Miller died at a local hospital, while the other victim died at the scene. Both victims had multiple gunshot wounds. Police believe the shootings were the result of a dispute and were not drug related.
