West Virginia Fugitive Arrested In Kentucky

  • {West Virginia}...A week-long manhunt ended late Friday night when deputies from Wayne County, West Virginia and U.S. Marshals arrested Allen "Claude" Mills on Little Blaine Creek Road in Lawrence County, Kentucky. Mills, who was considered armed and dangerous, vowed not to go to jail and threatened to kill anyone who tried to arrest him. Mills was wanted out of Wayne County for a long list of charges, including armed robbery, grand larceny, burglary, assault during the commission of a felony and wanton endangerment. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says the charges stem from a home invasion and a separate burglary in Wayne County which occurred July 28th.
