- {West Virginia}...A body was found Saturday in a pond off Woodville Drive, just outside of Huntington. West Virginia State Police say they believe it's the body of 21 year old Zachary Boggs, who was reported missing by his parents on July 31st, but a final determination will not be made until after the state medical examiner completes an official autopsy.
