Couple Charged With Possession And Child Neglect

• {West Virginia}...Thursday, Huntington Police charged Jonathan Glen Reynolds, 32, of Wayne, and Amanda Kay Isaacs, 30, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky with possession of a controlled substance and child neglect after police were called to the parking lot of a fast food restaurant on Adams Avenue and found them passed out in their car with a crying baby in the back seat. Reynolds was also charged with possession of counterfeit money. Police say Reynolds had a bottle of prescription pills that did not belong to him and four $20 bills on him. They also found marijuana in the passenger door where Isaacs was sitting.
