{West Virginia}...Forty-nine year old Sherry Lou Smith, the widow of fugitive Charles Smith,will appear before U.S. Magistrate John Kaull for a plea hearing in Elkins September 1st, while her daughter's boyfriend, 23 year old Anthony Lambert, is set to plead Tuesday. Both are set to plead guilty to federal charges after being accused of lying to authorities. They're accused of hiding Charles Smith, who eventually died in a gun battle along with Deputy U.S. Marshal Derek Hotsinpiller in February. Smith, her 25 year old daughter Cassandra and Lambert were all charged in connection with the death of Hotsinpiller. Each could face up to five years in prison.
