Wayne County Teen Allegedly Attacked

  • {West Virginia}...Prosecutors will present criminal allegations against four men charged with involvement in the rape of an 18 year old woman from Wayne County which took place July 30th at the Hollywood Motel in Kenova. Investigators believe the woman, her boyfriend and the four suspects had been staying at the motel in as many as three separate rooms. Kenova Police Chief William "Bud" Lett says investigators believe the victim and her boyfriend had been smoking cigarettes with the suspects who provided her a couple beers. Her boyfriend then walked away and the assault occurred. Criminal complaints charge Arana Siquinajay Neftali, 38, and Henry Isaac Rucuch Beletzuy, 25, with felony second-degree sexual assault. Cousins Rudy A. and Victor Manuel Marroquin are charged with felony accessory before the fact to second-degree sexual assault. Complaints allege the victim told police Rudy Marroquin, 40, grabbed her and forced her into a room at the motel where Neftali and Beletzuy were waiting inside. The victim tried to get away, but  Victor Marroquin, 42, pushed her into the back of the room. Neftali and Beletzuy then proceeded to rape her, and Neftali slammed her face on a night stand during the attack. Officers learned of the attack upon hearing screams from the motel. The victim was taken to a local hospital with bruising and a red mark on her face. The suspects, all of whom appeared this week in Wayne County Magistrate Court, are believed to be Guatemalan natives. All four are being held without bond at the Western Regional Jail, as federal immigration officials have placed holds on each suspect.
