{West Virginia}...Susanne Hamon Thomas, 40, a Hurricane woman already charged with DUI causing death from an accident which killed motorcyclist Rodney Thomas on June 6th, while driving drunk was back in court Thursday, after she allegedly caused another collision while impaired. Thomas now faces one count of driving under the influence, and two counts of DUI causing injury from a July 19th accident. Thomas had been released after the June accident on a $50,000 bail. At Thursday's hearing, Putnam Circuit Judge Phillip Stowers increased Thomas' bail to $150,000, which her husband posted. The judge also placed Thomas on home confinement with GPS monitoring. Thomas denied drinking alcohol before the fatal June crash, but registered a 0.118 blood-alcohol content, above the state's legal limit of 0.08. Police say she admitted she had taken medication during the day of July 19th but would not say how much. On the day of the accident, police say they found three pill bottles lying on the front passenger floor of Thomas' car in plain view. One of the bottles was labeled as clonazepam, which is used to relieve seizures and treat panic attacks. Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy C.D. Weaver says the bottle had been filled earlier that day with 30 pills, but was empty when he found it.
