{West Virginia}...Police say 25 year old Jeffrey Allen Lewis escaped Friday from the Huntington Work Release Center. Lewis has brown hair, blue eyes and a shaved head. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weights 181 pounds. Lewis has a scar on his right front upper arm, as well as tattoos on his right torso, top left hand, right wrist, right front upper arm, left wrist and left front forearm. Lewis originally was charged with three counts of grand larceny, burglary by breaking and entering and daytime burglary.
