- {West Virginia}...George Hannoush, Alicia Adams and her father Roger Adams have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture meth after West Virginia State Troopers discovered two active meth labs in their home in Julian Thursday night. Troopers say Hannoush and Alicia Adams were out on bond for methamphetamine charges in Kanawha County.
