Williamson And Logan Lose VA Contracts

{West Virginia}...A clinic operator is losing two contracts with the Huntington VA Medical Center after an inspection found problems at its Williamson facility. The hospital has announced that it won't extend contracts with LRB&T Corp. for the outpatient clinic in Williamson and another clinic in Logan. The contracts expire September 30th. The Williamson clinic closed following an August 3rd inspection in which uneven flooring, a leaky toilet valve, trash in a lot adjacent to the clinic and rotting wood in the soffits of the building were found.
Veterans can continue to obtain services at the Logan clinic through September 30th. Veterans will be notified by then of their health care options.
