Escapee Turns Himself In

{Charleston, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police say 22 year old Cornelio Ramon Rodriguez, who escaped from the South Charleston detachment on Friday night, has turned himself in to police. Rodriguez, who was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm, gave troopers a fake name when he was arrested, telling them he was Ruben Munoz Garcia. According to the South Central Regional Jail, Rodriguez has now also been charged with escape and possibly being in the United States illegally.
