Man Sentenced To Home Confinement

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Shane Thaxton was sentenced Tuesday in Kanawha Circuit Court to up to 10 years of home confinement on meth charges. Prosecutors say they are uncertain if Thaxton will face charges in a deadly accident in Sissonville last March. Police say Thaxton was driving a truck that hit and killed Danny Carpenter, 63, as he walked along Call Road.
