43 year old Lisa A. Weese faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine after
pleading guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Elkins to defrauding the West Virginia Public Defender Services.
Weese is accused of submitting false voucher reports by mail to the agency from
September 2006 to September 2011, receiving more than $159,000 for hours she
