- {West Virginia}...Kenneth S. Samples, 30, of Elkview, has pleaded guilty in Kanawha Circuit Court to assault during the commission of a felony and failure to register as a sex offender. Samples admitted that, on February 10th, he entered a video lottery parlor in Jefferson, grabbed a woman from behind and shocked her by placing a cattle prod on her neck. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
